Hi, I’m Anna
I help people bring out the best in themselves and those around them
Over 25 years, I’ve worked across development projects in Kenya, Sri Lanka and East Arnhem Land, presented awards in Singapore and produced large-scale corporate learning experiences. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from exceptional people at organisations including Unilever, Pfizer and Cisco.
That journey includes working to influence disability inclusion legislation and advocating for greater LGBTIQA+ visibility, belonging and opportunity. Navigating my own neurodiversity and chronic illnesses has also taught me about balance and the conditions people need to thrive.
Through speaking, advising and founding Bambuddha Group and Bambuddha Studios, I help people grow their influence, build inclusive cultures and connect purpose with business performance. I bring practical experience, honest conversation and a yorkshire wit to the work.
